1. What the mobile app collects

The Hazmat Sheets mobile app has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The data you enter in the app — your product catalog, customers, company profiles and sheet history — is stored in the app's private storage on your phone. If you uninstall the app, that data is deleted with it.

2. What the web service stores

If you create a Hazmat Sheets account on the web, we store your account email address and the company data you enter — your shipper profile, product catalog, clients and shipping sheets — in our cloud database (Supabase, hosted in the United States). This data is stored only so the service can operate: so you can sign in and see your company's documents from the web. Each company's data is isolated: your account can only access your own company's data.

3. Permissions in the mobile app

Camera: used only to scan barcodes when you create a sheet. Scanning is processed on the device; no image is stored or transmitted anywhere. Local network (Wi-Fi): used only to find your own printer and print your documents. Documents travel directly from your phone to your printer.

4. Sharing is always your action

PDFs and backup files leave your device only when you tap Share or Export, and they go only to the destination you choose.

5. No sale or sharing of data

We never sell, rent or share your personal or company data with third parties for marketing. Your data is processed only by the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (such as our cloud database host) and only to operate it.

6. Security

Web accounts are protected by password authentication and per-company access rules enforced on the server. We recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping a screen lock enabled on your devices.

7. Children

Hazmat Sheets is a business tool and is not directed to children.

8. Your choices

You can edit or delete your catalog, clients and profile data at any time from your account. To delete your account and its company data entirely, contact us at support@hazmatsheets.com.
